I used to think that most of the new teachers now days became teachers, because they cant get other jobs. Recently, I came into contact with a long lost friend who is now a teacher. She used to work as a chemist, but her dad encouraged her to become a teacher. Being a good daughter, she did. She said, it was difficult at first, but she later fell in love with it. She now runs a blog that provide free chemistry tutorials  not only to her students but anyone who are interested in chemistry.

It is nice to know, that dedicated teachers still exist.

To this friend of mine, I gave my standing ovation.
